2014 Santa Ynez, CA
Produced as always entirely from grapes grown here on our estate, the 2014 au Naturel once again offers the gorgeous mouthfeel, compelling minerality, luscious flavors, and long-term ageability this cuvee is renowned for. With notes of honeysuckle, dried coconut, ripe Mission fig, and cantaloupe on the palate, this extraordinary wine (100% Sauvignon Blanc and produced 100% in stainless steel with 24 hours of skin contact for additional depth) finishes with subtle hints of almond paste, lavender, and a bare scintilla of Meyer lemon confit.
An Arizona Super-Tuscan blend, and it's delicious! Deeply stewed blackberry and tart dark plum skin in perfect balance, in a wine that feels substantial but still lighter-bodied. A tiny bit of horse-funk on both the nose and palate adds a lot more interest, but it's probably subtle enough to not be divisive. There's also some gentle herbal notes in the linger--fresh marjoram and young wild sage
2012 Napa Valley
The 2012 Chardonnay bursts with aromas of ripe peach, green apple, and honeydew. Next comes a touch of vanilla, lavender and orange blossom, with an underlying note of star jasmine. The concentration of the wine is evident on the palate: the rich viscosity is cut by bright acid and layers of kiwi, grapefruit, and soft minerality. The finish is pure bliss with a touch of sweet oak and lemon curd that just doesn’t quit.
CRU "Vineyard Montage, Santa Lucia Highlands" Pinot Noir
The color is a brilliant ruby hue with a lovely rose rim. On the nose one is greeted with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, with a hint of pie crust, orange peel, and tea. On the palate, this wine shows nice complexity and depth of flavors of Pomegranate, raspberry, strawberry infused tea, white pepper, with well integrated oak.
This wine is stylish, but shows a keen sense of place. Layered and luscious, with aromas of baked cherry, blueberry and white pepper that lead to complex, rich flavors of plum, licorice, cinnamon spice, and toasty herbs with spicy oak.

Extremely approachable in its youth and evolves very classically over time. This ripe fruited Pinot Noir has complex tannins and a surprising richness. This wine is complex, soft, and great for coq au vin or other braised meat dishes.
White Bordeaux blend: 86% Sauvignon Blanc, 14% Semillon The Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel and the Semillon was barrel fermented in once used French oak. Vivid passion fruit, nectarine, fig and Meyer lemon flavors are bright and refreshing with a wonderful freshness, rich texture and floral details that come on strong on the finish.
This wine exhibits spicy notes on the nose, with hints of red cherries, plums and coffee. On the palate, the wine has great texture, with a silky mouth feel and exhibits nicely balanced fruit with just the right amount of acidity for pairing with a variety of foods.
A powerful berry rich wine with soft tannins. This great Italian wine is left to mature in special oak barrels for 10 months to bring out its subtle, refined quality and robust flavor. Wonderfully smooth and slightly tannic, the wine develops a full, well-balanced flavor with age.

Henri Giraud Esprit Brut NV Champagne
70% Pinot Noir 30% Chardonnay. The initial crispness quickly gives way as the overall wine flavor opens out. Its body, consistence and even fullness give the wine its structure. The mineral notes and light tannins contribute to a long, winey, and warm finish with a silky harshness over aromas of bitter almonds and biscuit.
The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is laced with an exciting melange of black cherries, incense, tobacco, mocha, graphite and dried flowers. Deceptively medium in body, the 2010 possesses gorgeous aromatics and tons of pure nuance, all in an understated style.
This wine was aged in stainless steel with beautiful aromas of green apple, lychee nut, honeysuckle and peaches. On the palate, crisp Granny Smith apple, nectarine, followed by an infusion of white peach and lemon. The wine finishes with a clean wet stone, mineral finish.
59% Syrah 18% Grenache 14% Mourvedre 9% Cabernet Franc A bright nose, combining attractive red currant, blackberry, chocolate, anise with a hint of cedar. On the palate, supple dark fruit, spice, leather, and forest floor with nicely integrated tannins.
This Chardonnay offers aromatics of citrus and green apple which are complemented by a very slight butterscotch aroma and a subtle layer of oak creaminess. The wine is medium-bodied and a well- balanced finish of acidity.

A unique blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon, this old-world style white consists of fruit sourced from inside the Happy Canyon AVA in the Central Coast of California. 40% of the fruit was barrel fermented to bring out its richness, while the 60% of the fruit was fermented in stainless steel, to preserve the delicate balance of aromas and flavors.

Intense, concentrated and deep ruby-colored, this wine offers elegant, complex aromas of red fruit. In the mouth it is rich and dense, yet harmonious, with sweet, balanced tannins. The wine has a long finish with a depth and structure that ensure its extraordinary longevity.
70% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre. Grenache for the backbone, Syrah for the spice, and Mourvedre for the depth & color. Balance in the structure, vibrancy in the fruit, and complexity in the texture. Raspberries, strawberries, and cassis are pronounced, but also nuanced as the seamless tannins.
Elegant body, perfumed with orange blossoms and apple aromas. Ample flavors of crisp pears, chewy apricots, and toasted walnuts are accented with fine hits of nutmeg, almonds, and peach-pie crust. 2013 Eola-Amity Hills, OR
The Cuvée Anne Chardonnay has a texture that comes across slightly oily, with a weight and power that is cut through cleanly with a vivid line of acidity. The flavors are a bit fuller, with yellow peach and Meyer lemon with lots of floral aromatics.
