The richest, most opulent of the Iron Horse bubbles, though it is still technically a Brut and comes across as more floral than sweet. Aromas of toast, ripe apple and hazelnut emanate from the class. Flavors of rich baked apple, tangerine and custard greet you on the palate. Lovely with dessert, especially pumpkin, apple and pecan pies and anything to do with ginger and spice. Served at the White House as a toasting wine.
