Uncorked Hermosa History

With more than 600 wines from all over the world, Uncorked is a retail shop which features award-winning wines as well as hard-to-find boutique selections. For our hops and barley fans, Uncorked offers craft beers, both domestic and imported!
THE TASTING BAR! Anytime we are open, there is always a flight of five specially selected wines for $15. From Chardonnays to Cabernet Franc and unique Argentine varietals such as Bonarda, there is something for every palate.

Free corkage with local restaurants, unique wine accessories, custom gift baskets, gourmet cheese, olive oils and special gourmet treats, are just some of the extra special additions that make Uncorked the Best Tasting Wine Shop in the South Bay.

Sunday-Wednesday, 12pm-8pm

Thursday-Saturday, 12pm-10pm

Happy Hour: Monday-Thursday, 5-6:30.

the ambitious local lady that is the drinking oops driving force behind Uncorked. On the board of the Hermosa Chamber of Commerce and a bona fide Social Butterfly who migrates to wine bars whether she''s in local Silver Lake or all parts of the world such as Italy or Chile. Originally partial to Sauvignon Blanc, since owning the wine shop, Kathy''s tastes are as varied as her many talents she brings to the tasting bar opting for Viognier today and Petite Sirah tomorrow.

A visit to Uncorked is a visit to the unique palate of everyone's favorite wine lover, Jeff Bonafede. Jeff''s absolute favorite thing about wine is that it is a condiment that compliments all foods! He loves wine & food pairings. His favorite varietal is Cabernet Franc and loves the classic "Right Bank" style Bordeaux blends with an Italian Style flair…his heart string wines are everything from Italy!


Gerry Vazquez

When not buzzing around with Uncorked or real estate, Gerry enjoys spending time with her three boys, laughing with sitcoms and can be found writing her next play. Mostly, she prefers to chill with an Oregon Pinot or going back to her New York roots with Niagara Area Ice Wines to fill her sweet tooth.
